Fatal Fight is unsurprisingly a Final Fight clone, meaning a side-scrolling beat-em-up with tons of enemies. Although contrary to Final Fight this game has the added feature of being able to violate defeated female enemies. You battle across 6 different levels, from forests to factories, facing a boss at the end of every stage. The difficulty is pretty high, at least for someone with my limited skill, however the game seems to have unlimited continues so you can just grind it through. The controls are surprisingly good for a hentai game, the commands are responsive and the hit detection is very good.
The game has some English instructions and require no Japanese knowledge to play. All controls are explained in the game, the only non-English thing I can think of is the “Muteki” option which toggles invincibility if you feel like strolling around like a boss. The issue with this one is in the hentai content, it’s really just two different animations being used over and over, no matter who the enemy is. However, it’s actually a decent game which makes it worth the download if the genre is something you enjoy.
